Glee Care Services has established and continues to maintain documented information which is relevant to the scope of support services, and which complies with the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards.

Glee Care Services has policies and procedures in place that support the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Quality Indicators) Guidelines 2018 and applicable Rules.

Glee Care Services takes a strengths-based, person-centred, holistic approach to care and support. Participants receive the Glee Care Services Participant Handbook; this includes their rights as a NDIS Participant and a list of advocacy services that they can access at intake and review.

All Glee Care Services staff complete the NDIS Code of Conduct Online Training course to ensure that employees are aware and can inform participants of their rights.

Person Centred care is well followed, and participants are at the centre of decision-making processes. Consent forms are in place, these will identify if Participant wishes to engage family, friends, or guardians.

Glee Care Services on-boarding staff inform the participants of what information is collected, how they can access their information and why Glee Care Services collects it. This is completed in the language, mode of communication and terms that the customers are likely to understand; and confirmation is acknowledged in the NDIS Service Agreement. If required, interpreter services are utilised.

Glee Care Services is committed to ensuring the safety, protection, and wellbeing of all participants as per NDIS guidelines.
